Whiter teeth with hydrogen peroxide?

I want to whiten my teeth with Hydrogen Perodixe for picture day tomorrow at least a little, but I don't know how old the peroxide is, does it matter? If so, how do I do it? How long to I brush? Should I add baking soda? The Hydrogen peroxide is the regular kind in a brown bottle, it says you can use it in a rinse or gargle. It is also 3%.

i only use baking soda first brush with toothpaste then brush just with backing soda rinse and then brush again with toothpaste thats what i do and works real good for me good luck
Reply:It could matter how old it is, because you do not know for sure what tempuratures it has been in, etc...


I'm not sure though exactly if it matters how old it is, such as when the experation date is...but it will work to whiten your teeth. So will the baking soda. However,,,it's not gonna make that big of a difference by tomorrow. If your really concerned, you should see if you could get one of those blue lights with the gel. Those work great! Make sure to brush just before pictures! And remeber, even if your teeth aren't as white as you wanted,..it's all about the hair! lol
