Ok and also ... I know I have an overbite and I hear people with them say they have had jaw surgery to correct this !!!!!!!!
Do i need this ! Honest opinion please !!!!

You%26#039;re right - you do have an overbite. Fortunately, it looks nowhere near bad enough to require surgery.
I had the exact same problem with my teeth when I was young; I had a severe overbite (much worse than yours) and a noticable gap in between my 2 front teeth. I wore braces for 2 years.. headgear at night for 1 year (which pretty much truamatized my 11 year old self, lol) and I wore those rubber bands that pulled my jaw up.
So, if you%26#039;re looking for treatment, go see an orthodontist. You%26#039;re probably going to need a year or 2 of braces.. but I seriously doubt you need jaw surgery. I%26#039;ve only known of one person that had that procedure done, and it was because he had %26#039;no%26#039; jaw (some sort of birth defect, i imagine.. but you couldn%26#039;t tell by looking at him).
