Can plastic surgery change the shape of my teeth? (pictures)?

I have very squashed down little teeth, and when I smile I smile big it makes my mouth look like a box!!

So I have two questions.

1. Can I change the shape of my teeth to make them from squashed down and little to like the shape of the one in the picture?

2. My face makes my smile look like a box. Is it my nose? Or is it my bone structured or something? Can I change my face formation into being like hers so my smile doesn%26#039;t get this big?

Your teeth look great! I wouldn%26#039;t worry about them!

But, if you do want to change them you should talk to a cosmetic dentist. I do not believe plastic surgery on your face is the way to go! Dentist can put %26quot;tooth colored%26quot; crowns on your teeth to change the shape.
Reply:Plastic surgery? NO! Dental surgery? Yes!
Reply:Your smile and teeth look fine%26gt; Open up some when you smile%26gt; Leave them alone%26gt;If you do anything use lip gloss%26gt;Maybe%26gt;
Reply:dont bother plastic surgery is not for your teeth. maybe you should see a dentist instead
Reply:yes you can and you need to be prepared for PAIN
Reply:yes, laminates. theyre expensive. also may want a gingivectomy to make your teeth appear longer. (im not saying they look bad) i am a dental technician and i make a decent living doing cases like yours! empress is what you want. its a product made by a company called ivoclar. your dentist would prep your teeth, then send an impression to the lab. in the lab they would make whats called laminates, or veneers. these are made out of empress material. thats porcelain coverings. you could also change the shade to whatever you want.
